- You will establish a new partner ecosystem in the United Kingdom and Ireland and maintain existing partners
- You act as the primary liaison between Checkmk and our channel partners
- Take ownership for the entire partner sales cycle, from recruiting partners to win deals
- You will support our partners to thrive and expand alongside our growth
- Foster a culture of collaboration with our partners to achieve common goals and objectives
- You will solve problems and issues that may arise during partner interactions

Your profile
- You have more than 5 years of experience in partner management and sales of technically complex products, ideally in the software environment
- You have experience in building new and existing partner
- You have a passion for building relationships and an empathetic approach to different stakeholders
- You want to develop in a challenging work environment where your contribution is valued
- You are spontaneous and have the confidence to make decisions independently
- You value an independent and collaborative way of working with a lot of personal responsibility from day one
- You communicate fluently in English, every additional language is a plus
