Your mission
We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) for our IT Service Desk to actively support our team and help us take the next step towards professional and efficient IT services.During the first months, you will work closely with our experienced colleagues to get to know the IT Service Desk processes. Step by step, you will then take over most of the 1st-level support tasks independently, from assisting our internal users to solving standard technical issues:
- Delight colleagues by providing welcoming, professional 1st-level support for Ubuntu and Windows
- Log, classify, and resolve incidents in Jira while keeping stakeholders informed
- Maintain accurate hardware and peripheral inventory
- Contribute clear, helpful knowledge-base articles and process docs in Confluence
