- Lead Qualification: You act as the first point of contact for prospects. You will qualify leads provided from the Marketing Team using frameworks like MEDDIC. Your goal is to convert them into valuable opportunities for your Account Executive
- Outbound Excellence: You identify and engage high-potential accounts through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn
- Strategic Analysis: You conduct deep potential analyses of target companies to understand their tech stack, pain points, and decision-making structures
- Relationship Building: You build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects who aren’t "sales-ready" yet through consistent, value-driven follow-ups
- Customer Journey: You guide prospects through the early stages of the funnel, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from the very first touchpoint
- Seamless Handover: You manage the "Lead-to-AE" process by providing Account Executives with detailed briefing notes, stakeholder maps, and pain-point summaries
- Sales Collaboration: You schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demos for the AE team to ensure a consistently full sales pipeline
- CRM Management: You maintain meticulous records in our CRM
