Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) who is driving value across two development teams. In one team, you will lead AI-driven product initiatives. In the other one, you will focus on user experience, onboarding, user management for our SaaS product, and product telemetry across all our products.

You will be the Product Manager for two development teams. One team focuses on AI initiatives, both within our products and for internal use cases. Currently being staffed, your immediate primary focus will be on product discovery and shaping its roadmap. The second team is dedicated to our SaaS product, driving product onboarding, UX/UI improvements, and user management. It also leads the implementation of product telemetry across all our products.

Here's what your journey with us will look like:

• Own the product backlog for both teams, refining, and prioritizing work based on business value and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Help to shape the roadmap for AI initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
• Own and drive the discovery process for product initiatives within your responsibility.  
• Work closely with our users and other external subject matter experts to include their domain know-how to ensure building intuitive and valuable solutions.
• Closely collaborate with our UX team on all UX/UI and product onboarding related initiatives.
• Drive the product telemetry strategy and help the team implement tracking that supports data-informed decisions.
• Own product initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and manage cross-team dependencies.

Your profile

• Proven track record of 5 years as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role in an agile software development environment.
• Hands-on experience leading AI/ML-related projects, ideally spanning both product features and internal enablement use cases.
• Passion for excellent UI/UX and a good eye for user-centric design.
• Familiarity with telemetry and product analytics concepts.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, data centers, and cloud services, or a keen interest to quickly acquire it.
• Have a user-centered mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify and verify needs and pain points in direct collaboration with users.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency in using Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. German skills are a plus.
