Your mission
The product team has been growing steadily, expanding from 2 to 21 people over the past three years. The associated Knowledge Team, responsible for documentation, is also on a growth trajectory. To lead this team and support coordination and internal processes, we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) for our Knowledge Team in a full-time position. This newly created role will contribute to the continued success of the team and ensure strong collaboration with other departments.
As Team Lead of the Knowledge Team, you will lead and represent your team within Checkmk. You will act as an interface to all other departments and ensure excellent outcomes from your team. A special focus lies in making sure our documentation meets the highest standards and enables our users to get the most out of Checkmk. You will coordinate internal and external processes and empower your team through coaching and support to perform at their best:

- Leadership, coaching, and personnel responsibility for the Knowledge Team at Checkmk
- Maintaining and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit
- Coordinating communication between the Knowledge Team and other departments
- Planning and organizing internal workflows and team processes
- Establishing and optimizing standardized workflows between the Knowledge Team and other areas of the company
- Close collaboration with the development and product departments to design efficient interfaces
