Your role on the team:
As a Software Tester (m/f/d), you’ll be a key part of our QA team. You’ll test new features, hunt down bugs, and ensure our releases are stable and reliable – before they reach our users.
Your ability to find software bugs and reproduce them systematically helps our development team raise quality standards – and thanks to you, our customers enjoy fully functional and bug-free software.

Your responsibilities:

• Manual testing of new features and bug fixes based on test plans and acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test catalogs
• Conducting exploratory tests in the UI and backend
• Documenting and tracking bugs in our bug tracking system
• Close collaboration with developers and support
• Helping to shape and further develop our testing processes

Your profile

• Experience in manual software testing – ideally with complex applications or in a B2B environment
• A systematic approach and a keen eye for detail
• Creativity in exploratory testing to evaluate the software in unexpected situations
• Technical understanding, e.g., of Linux systems, web applications, or networks
• Good communication skills – in German and English
• You’re curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team

Checkmk is available as an open-source and commercial edition.
