Your mission

• Develop and maintain the implementation of information security policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead risk management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization
• Manage security incidents and coordinate response efforts
• Provide mentorship for non-technical users, including awareness training
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including EU regulations, ISO 27001 + SOC 2
• Perform supplier risk assessments
• You report to the Chief Information Security Officer

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and standards, particularly ISO 27001 Familiarity with software development security practices and DevSecOps principles Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC Familiarity with cloud security, network security, and identity and access management   Key Soft Skills   Collaboration: You're a natural relationship-builder, adept at working across departments and fostering a security-minded culture throughout the organization. You speak very good English, German would be a plus Problem-Solving: You approach challenges with creativity and persistence, finding innovative solutions to complex security issues. Emotional Intelligence: You navigate high-pressure situations with calm and empathy, managing stress effectively and supporting your colleagues during critical incidents
