Sales Support & Renewals Specialist - North America (m/f/d)

Your mission

The Sales Support & Renewals Specialist  plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by driving operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on sales operations and contract renewals. This role ensures accurate invoicing, proactive management of renewals, and efficient sales processes that enable the sales team to focus on revenue growth. Additionally, the position supports field marketing initiatives and handles essential back-office tasks to boost overall sales and marketing effectiveness.


1. Sales Operations & Renewals Support:

  • Manage Contract Renewals: Proactively track and manage contract renewal pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and the sales team to maximize retention and minimize churn
  • Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales invoices, collaborating closely with finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date sales records in CRM and related systems, supporting forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis
  • Renewal Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to provide regular reports on upcoming renewals and renewal pipeline health

2. General Back-Office Support:

  • Procurement & Government Portals: Maintain company registrations with SAM.gov and other procurement portals to support sales opportunities with government entities
  • Event Coordination & Logistics: Assist in planning, executing, and following up on four to six industry events annually. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue bookings, booth setup, shipping materials
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for supplies, event materials, and marketing collateral, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement
Your profile
  • Experience: Initial experience in a position requiring a high degree of accuracy and organization (e.g. office management, paralegal, administrative assistant etc.)
  • Detail-Oriented: You ensure accuracy in invoices, contracts, and marketing materials
  • Organized and Process-Driven: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow structured processes
  • Proactive and Self-Sufficient: You take initiative to solve problems and improve processes
  • Strong Communication Skills: work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Customer-Centric You understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders and ensure a seamless experience
  • Team Player You work well with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve shared goals
