Your mission
As a Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind the successful achievement of our monthly targets and the further development of our sales team. Your role combines strategic thinking with practical implementation in order to optimally support the team and achieve our goals.
- Professional Team Leadership: You will lead the Account Executive team, accompany customer meetings and support negotiations. You build trust, provide ongoing constructive feedback and motivate your team
- Training & Development: You develop training programs, workshops and training sessions for newly hired and existing Account Executives to improve their performance and approach in a sustainable and individual way
- Market and Product: You build up in-depth knowledge of your target market and Checkmk, develop plans to tap further potential and ensure that your team's sales skills continuously improve
- Analysis & Strategy: You analyze activities, sales figures and team performance and derive targeted measures to achieve goals
- Reporting: You prepare regular reports on team and individual performance, are responsible for your team's forecast and ensure transparent reporting of results
- Process Optimization: You optimize our sales processes by identifying and implementing improvements
- Cooperation: Through close internal cooperation with other managers from sales and marketing, you will improve sales strategies in a targeted manner and contribute to the growth of the company
