Your mission

Are you a backend developer with a passion for building and improving SaaS products? Join our team, where we’re dedicated to enhancing product experience, identity management, and analytics for our users. As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll work closely with Product Management, QA, Security, and other development teams, bringing your expertise and ideas to the table. We believe in collaboration and continuous improvement, working in 2-week sprints with regular planning, retros, and dailies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend solutions that drive our SaaS products forward.
• Become part of our SaaS team and collaborate closely with our product management to improve our product experience, identity management and product analytics.
• Bring your ideas to life by contributing to new features and improving existing functionalities.
• Continuously refine our development practices and processes to ensure a high-quality, user-friendly product.
• Leverage your knowledge of Python and Linux to build robust and scalable applications in a Kubernetes-native environment.
• Participate actively in our agile process, utilizing practices like TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming to deliver efficiently and effectively.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python and a solid understanding of Linux.
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus, as is experience with AWS, GitLab, JIRA, Playwright, FastAPI, and NextJS.
• Strong grasp of complex challenges with a knack for delivering simple, effective solutions.
• Passionate about staying current with tech developments, you’re an open-source enthusiast who’s also customer-focused.
• Agile mindset and experience with Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
• Passion for current technology developments and their possible applications
• Friend of open source software
