Your mission
Depending on your profile and preferences, you can focus on different main areas of responsibility:
- Consulting: You advise our customers on setting up and expanding Checkmk installations.
- Pre-sales: You support the sales team when technical questions arise in the sales process or the customer wants a proof of concept.
- Training courses: You conduct training courses and workshops on Checkmk at our premises and occasionally at the customer’s site.
- Documentation & know-how transfer: You support the knowledge team with know-how and best practices from daily customer practice.
- Development: If you are able and willing, you will also support the development of check plug-ins.
- Technical support: You support customers in technical support via telephone, e-mail and remote sessions
