Your mission
We are currently embarking on an exciting journey to launch a new SaaS product designed to let our customers focus on monitoring and let us take care of the rest. Providing our customers with a much faster time to value and thereby, allowing Checkmk to enter new markets:
- You will be crucial in shaping the operations structure, processes and support of our new Checkmk SaaS product.
- Develop and implement comprehensive support processes so that we can ensure customer satisfaction and provide support to our customers globally.
- Work closely with our team of highly skilled Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to enhance their organizational structure and streamline operational processes.
- Act as the bridge between the SRE and support team, and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and reporting on support and operational KPIs.
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve our support and operations processes.
- Converting identified improvements and requirements into concepts and tickets.
- Taking ownership of scrum ceremonies of the SRE team.
